Misty Waters

Misty worked in her early career as a registered architect and then a practice manager. She brings over 18 years' experience within the industry. She has worked for small and large practices including eight years as practice manager at Bates Smart. She has used her extensive knowledge to advise and support leading firms and government agencies in Sydney on their recruitment requirements. Misty is now mainly focused on senior/ strategic appointments.
