Emerging Voices 2026 Lecture Series
The Architectural League's biennial lecture series concludes its 2026 season, spotlighting North American firms addressing climate, housing and resource equity.
Location: Cooper Union, New York
Date: 26 March 2026 (Final session)
Emerging Voices is the Architectural League of New York’s biennial programme recognising North American practices with a distinct design voice. The 2026 lecture series concludes with its final session on 26 March, presenting a cohort of firms selected for their resourceful responses to climate change, resource extraction and housing inequity across diverse geographic and cultural contexts.
Lectures are delivered by the recognised practices themselves, functioning as a bellwether for where the discipline is heading. Selected firms in this programme typically represent the generation that will define mainstream North American practice within a decade, and the Cooper Union venue provides a focused setting suited to the rigour of the conversation.
The Emerging Voices programme is organised by the Architectural League of New York. Events are open to the public and free to attend; registration details and archive recordings of previous seasons are available through archleague.org.
